RUSHES / PULSE / TEMPERATURE
Q. *I have what has been described as adrenaline
rushes.
I would like to know if any research has been done on this
subject. I get a rapid pulse and a hot feeling such as
you get when you have an angiogram. My wife says I
get red in the face and my pulse rate increases. I wonder
if there is an answer or reason for this and
what tests can be done. Thank you.
A. *Your nervous system, muscle and
skeleton are designed
to cope with a significant amount of physical activity throughout
the day, each and every day;
Your
nervous system resembles a tree-like network of
railway tracks carrying information to all parts of the body
from the tips of your toes to the top of your head;
Through
lack of sufficient use, railway tracks can
become covered in leaves or even overgrown and so need
to be cleared to allow the safe movement of trains (information)
around the railway network;
A
natural way in which the human body tries to
keep the nerve network operating efficiently, is to create surges
of hormones in the absence of regular aerobic &
anaerobic exercise (which could achieve the same effect);
One
solution is to run on the spot, (keeping on your toes,
preferably without shoes) for at least a full hour, first
thing each and every morning - maximizing the use of your
arms whilst minimizing the movement of your legs,
and always at your own pace;
The flow
of energy through your nervous system generates
warmth (thermo) and a small electric current;
The
ADRENALIN.tm CLOtherapy Philosophy Patented Poloshirt
is designed to help encourage the Wearer to regularly train the
thermo-electric flow along their spinal cord - the main 'tracks'
of the human nervous system.
